CV’s of Principal Consultants
Michael brings top level experience in Human Resources and Organisation Development which delivers substantial business results. This is done through supporting businesses in large scale cultural change, organisation design and management of change at individual, team, function and company-wide levels.
He brings proven skills in consulting, training need analysis, facilitation, leadership, coaching and transformation management. Michael has facilitated on internal and open personal development programmes and post-graduate courses as well as team development at strategic level. He specialises in business acumen, customer orientation, management skills and most significantly behavioural and communication techniques. As well as organisational development in these areas, Michael is actively working to implement these changes. This includes facilitating large scale interventions through to designing accredited qualification, such as ILM Diploma, based on action learning.
Richard Gibson
Richartd is a Managing Consultant and Executive Coach with The Development Team and has been a contributor to the High Performance Leadership course at Cranfield University. Richard has worked with two international consultancies as an associate, as an independent facilitator for strategic planning and change programmes, and as a facilitator/coach for leadership and team development. This work has led to a number of interim roles.
Originally a Human Resources and people development orientated director/ manager with extensive experience of HR Development strategy and implementation particularly in the UK and Europe and experience worldwide. A pragmatic problem solver who makes the connection between business performance and HR.
